Description: Colonel Holt was a Confederate colonel who took 104 men to join Quantrill in the Lawrence raid August 21, 1863. All his land and personal property were confiscated by the Union in 1865 for aiding the rebellion. The Myers journal states that E.A. Baldwin took this image in Olathe, Missouri on August 19, 1863.
