Description: Myers journal notes this image was taken in March, 1864 and that he was known as "Maddog". "One of the most notorious of all the bushwhackers who infested Southwest Missouri". He was killed in Barry County, Missouri right after the war ended. Ref: Barry, 1888; Ingenthron.
