Description: Image taken in 1864 of Captain Thomas Garrett(L), Lieutenant Quinton Noe(M) and Captain Riley Parent (R). Garrett was a Captain under Quantrill. He was killed in 1864. Noe was with Quantrill. Parent was with Andy Blunt. He was one of the first 4 men to join Blunt in 1863. He was also with Upton Hays. He lived until 1911. Myers collection image.
