Description: Myers journal notes that this image was taken in Sherman, Texas in 1865. Also, that the dog was named Perc. Erasmus "Mutt" Wood was with Captain Thrailkill. He went to Mexico with Shelby after the war. Ref: Edwards. Captain James "Jim" wood was also with Thrailkill and also went to Mexico with Shelby after the war.
