Description: Myers image dated July 16, 1863. L to R: William "Billy" Dunn, Cyrus "Cy" Franklin, and Ralph Smith. They were all with Joe Porter. After the war, all of Porters men were given amnesty EXCEPT for Porter himself and these three men. They were declared outlaws because they were involved in a fight with a group of Federal Home Guards, two of which were killed.
