Description: Myers collection image of Quantrill guerrilla John S. Barnhill on his horse circa 1862. He went to Kentucky with Quantrill and survived the war. He attended the Quantrill reunions after the war. The image is dark unfortunately. Images of guerrillas on their horses are exceedingly rare.
