Archie Clement and Jim Cummins
Last Random Picture | Next Random Picture
Description: Possibly the finest hard image of Capt. Archie Clement in existence today. 1/4 plate image IDed on back of the tintype and in the back of the case. ALL PERIOD IDs! Archie is on the left and Jim on the right. They wear captured Union uniforms and plenty of fire power. Jim went on to write a highly boastful book in later life. Archie was gunned down in Lexington, Mo. in 1866. He NEVER surrendered! The warm winter scarf is in other images of Archie. The long gold chain is unknown. Not braid but a real gold, link chain.
