Description: John Henry "Doc" Holliday attended a private High School in Valdosta, Ga.This is documented in biographies on his life. This is his graduation photograph with the other young men in his class. He is seated, first on the left. The Myers journal list the image as having been taken on June 16, 1869. It also lists "Valdosta Urenrichtung (in German this means Primary Institution). Gus' son, George Myerson Jr. became an avid collector with and after his father. He collected between 1885-1935. This and other Holliday images were acquired by him from Doc's cousins, Robert "Hub" Holliday and George H. Holliday, personal friends and associates, around the turn of the Century.
