Description: Young Jim Cummins post Civil War. He was a Quantrill guerrilla and a James gang member. However, he fell out with Jesse James. James suspected him of trying to collect the reward on him. Clemmins, later known as "Windy Jim" for his boasting about his own "accomplishments", found out Jesse was after him and disappeared.
