Description: Original tintype of Zerelda Mimms James, wife of Jesse W. James. This image was authenticated by Judge Ross, Jesse's GG Grandson in his book about Jesse and the James family. Purchased for the Cantey Collection from the Wilbur Zink Collection sold at Heritage Auctions in 2013. Image dates in the 1870s after marriage to Jesse in 1874.
