Last Random Picture | Next Random Picture
Description: Hand written documenting letter from George Myerson II, son of George Myerson Jr. who was the son of Gus Myers (Myerson). The note clearly states that this was the "Last Image of John H. Holliday "Doc" and was taken in Leadville, Colorado in 1884. The image was a personal gift to George Myerson Jr. by his friends Robert "Hub" Holliday and George H. Holliday. George Myerson Jr. was a prominent dentist as well as being involved in a dental supply business. The Hollidays were the first cousins of Doc Holliday and always kept in touch with him.  Hub Holliday was also a dentist and both were in the dental supply business. They became friends of George Myerson Jr. through business associations and attendance at dental conventions.
